2013: The students at the Faize Alam School sat glued to
their seats as Ismael Nadvi, School Principal expressively lectured on the need
of personality development programme for students.

India Foundation organized parents meet and teen meet programmes at Faize Alam
School, Bijnore District, Uttar Pradesh dated on February 27th,
2013.
Teen
meet or personality development programme was conducted on the same day based
on the theme of being human. Ismael Nadvi guided the students that to become a
great person one need to have courtesy and need to broaden their horizon of
understanding. To add to it, person should also have respect for elders,
sympathy for poor and love for friends and family members.
Also,
programme was organized to improve communication and leadership skills of the
students, to set long term career objectives and to prepare and equip themselves for their future studies and
career ahead.
Parents Meet:
The programme was unlocked with the inaugural speech of Janab Gayoor, Manager
Faize Alam School. It was arranged to motivate parents for encouraging their
children acquiring basic and higher education.
During
the programme, it was also emphasized that parents must understand the need of
the children. They need to realize their children that they care them. Overall,
it was great experience, students participated in the cultural programmes and
forty parents attended the programme.
